Hi friends! Today I wanted to share with you guys a few of my tips on how to be a more confident person. Having self confidence is a beautiful thing, unfortunately it doesn’t always come easy. I can certainly vouch for that, I used to have zero self esteem and no self confidence. Through the use of the following techniques I was able to raise my self esteem and achieve the level of self confidence that I have today.
Let me know in the comment section below what are things you do to be more confident. As always I love you guys and I 100% believe in you!
Have you seen the NEW Katy Kat Matte lipsticks? They’re a Katy Perry x Covergirl collaboration and they are to die for! The line comes with 12 beautiful and daring demi-matte shades. I picked out my six favorite ones, swatched and reviewed them for you guys.
The Katy Kat Matte lipsticks are kitty themed, with adorable names such as: Kitty Purry, Sphynx, Pink Paws, Magenta Minx, etc. The packaging is super adorable, but I’m not feeling too confident about them staying so perfectly white. They have a soft velvety feeling to them. Ugh. Perfection. Katy Perry definitely did not disappoint.
What do you think of the Katy Kat Matte lipstick line? Which one is your favorite? Will you be picking up this purr-rect collection? Let me know in the comment section down below.

Have you guys heard of ColourPop Cosmetics? If you’re into the YouTube beauty community as much as I am, I’m sure you have. They’re an online makeup company based out of Cali, and they are super affordable. They’re also super hyped up on YouTube… since they are affordable, I thought I’d do a huge haul from them and test them out. You know, to see if they’re all that they’re hyped up to be.
Like I said ColourPop Cosmetics are very affordable. Here’s a quick price guide!
Super Shock Eyeshadows & Pigments: $5
Lippie Pencils & Lippie Stix: $5
Ultra Matte Lip (liquid lipstick) $6
Blush, Bronzer, Highlighter: $8
I have to say I was very pleasantly surprised! The ColourPop Super Shock Eyeshadows give me life! They are very pigmented and creamy, they have an almost wet feel to them. It’s hard to describe since I’ve never quite felt an eyeshadow like that. I got four of their ColourPop Super Shock Eyeshadows and four Super Shock Pigments. They are to die for! So I took them for a test ride, after wearing the eyeshadows out all day and into the night, they did not bleed or need reapplying and were still pretty vibrant.
The whole ColourPop line is pretty amazing you guys. It’s very consistent in the fact that everything is true to color. Meaning, what you see in the packaging is what you see when you swatch it and put it on. I will say the eyeshadows seem to be easier to apply using your finger, but maybe that’s just me.
I am absolutely in love with their Lippie Stix, Lippie Pencils & especially their Matte Liquid Lipsticks! They are total dupes for the Anastasia Beverly Hills liquid lipsticks except instead of costing you $20 it’ll only cost you $6. What?! Yes girl you can get three for the price of one! I’m am all about that life. That just means more lipsticks for this girl.
